The Budget sessions in Telangana started on an interesting note. As an unexpected development, Governor Tamilisai showered praises on Chief Minister KCR. Legislators of ruling and opposition parties made allegations and counter allegations adding intensity to the sessions. IT Minister KTR and BJP's Raghunandan Rao had a war of words in the house.

Former Minister Etela Rajender who shifted his loyalties to the Bharatiya Janata Party after a fallout with the Telangana government expressed his dissatisfaction over the lack of facilities in the house. He asked why they were not given the facilities.

Alleging that BJP legislators are not respected in the house, the Huzurabad MLA said that there is no facility for him to have a tiffin and this is disrespectful to him as an MLA. He also said that he complained about the lack of facilities many times but nothing was changed.

Etela said that there is no s[ace for him to have tiffin and asked where the BJP MLAs should go for attending nature calls. His questions attracted a strong reaction from the ruling party leaders. Harish Rao said that there is a policy that parties with at least five MLAs will get special facilities.

But Etela Rajender countered this and reminded that a special room was allocated to Jaya Prakash Narayana when he was the sole MLA and rooms were given to MLA of CPI and CPM. Stressing on these incidents, Etela asked why the same is not happening with the case of the BJP.
