Bihar is famous for question paper leaks and mass copying. But this time around, it created a record of sorts when a University had to cancel an important examination because its officials failed to print the question paper. They simply forgot to print the second semester post-graduate HIndi examination's question paper. The university is in Bihar's Bhagalpur and goes by the name Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University.
As many as 94 students of the Hindi PG second semester students arrived at the examination hall only to be told that there would be no exam. When they sought to know why, they were told that the examination question paper has not been printed. They were also told that the exam would be held later. The officials, had no answer as to why the question papers were not printed. They blamed one another over the goof-up.
The vice chancellor of the Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University has served a showcause notice on the controller of examination and the head of Hindi post-graduation department.
