Here's a scoop of the decade. The simple and unostentatious BJP leader and former MP chief minister Shivraj Singh is floored by Bollywood diva Shilpa Shetty. He is effusively praising the actress to no end. Wait ... wait... before you jump to any outrageous conclusions, may we tell you, it is not about her glamour or sex appeal or even her hourglass figure. He praised her for rejecting endorsing a slimming piling l whose makers offered her Rs 10 crore in the deal. He said by rejecting the Rs 10 crore offer, she has shown her responsibility towards the society.
"Celebrities have a responsibility towards the society which actress @ Shilpa Shetty has performed. She has turned down the endorsement offer because she did not trust the efficacy of the product. I congratulate her for her laudable move", he tweeted.
Shilpa rejected the offer saying that she cannot sell something that she did not believe in. She said she did not believe in instant solutions for weight loss and added that only lifestyle modification and long time efforts will be good for weight loss.
