Andhra Pradesh Reports 3503 Fresh Infections In 24 Hours

Andhra Pradesh witnessed as many as 3503 fresh Covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours, which pushes the total infections in the state to 7,89,553, the media bulletin said.
Over the last week, fresh infections have been decreasing gradually. In a piece of good news, the fresh cases decreased further in the state.
Looking at the fatalities, a total of 6481 patients succumbed to the contagious disease in the state so far, including 28 patients breathing last in the past 24 hours.
On a brighter note, the total recoveries in the state inching towards the mammoth 7.5 lakh mark with 7,49,676. In the last 24 hours, as many as 5144 patients have beaten the virus. The active cases stood at 33,396.
The health department said, so far a total of 71,96,628 samples have been tested in the state, while 69095 samples were tested on Monday alone.
