TDP MLA Ganta Srinivas Rao is keeping himself away from the party activities for a long time. He is not attending the events even announced by the party chief Chandrababu Naidu too.
It has been reported that Srinivas Rao has met TDP leader Ram Madhav and revealed his interest in joining the BJP party. Reportedly, he also met MPs, Sunaja Chowdary and CM Ramesh.
According to the media reports, Ganta and two other sitting MLAs are ready to join the BJP party.
His close circles said that he has decided to resign to the TDP party in the coming week. If this news appears true, TDP will lose another potential leader.
Reportedly, Ganta is fearing to lose in the by-elections if he resigns from the MLA post. He also asked Ram Madhav on whether he will be given any importance in the party or not.
