With TDP leaders leaving the party one by one, news of Ganta leaving the party is surfacing for a long time. His recent picture with BJP National Secretary Ram Madhav created a sensation online. Interestingly, Ganta kept his silence on these rumors.

His, recent Tweet added fuel to these speculations. NITI Aayog has declared Andhra Pradesh as the best-performing States between 2015-16 & 2016-17 in NITI Aayog's School Education Quality Index. Assam and Uttar Pradesh bagged the next two places respectively.

Sharing the Tweet of NITI Aayog, he wrote, "Hard work never fails!Glad to see that our hardwork paid off! Well-deserved results, indeed I thank education department Secretary' s HOD's, all officers, and teachers for their support and cooperation!"

Interestingly, Ganta did not mention anything about either party chief Chandrababu Naidu or the TDP Party. It is believed that he was mentioning the HRD Ministry, as he was holding the post of HRD Minister then.

The political circles are stating that, as he might join another party, Ganta did not thank, Chandrababu Naidu for this achievement.
