The United States has put an end to the manual registration for H-1B Visas. For the fiscal year 2021, Only electronic registration process has been preferred. Electronic Registration would reduce paperwork and also results in cost savings for the employers.
US Companies seeking H-1B Visas for foreign workers will have to register online. USD 10 has been set as the processing fee for each H-1B Visa application. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be accepting the H-1B Visa applications for the 2021 cap season from April 1st next year.
H-1B Visa is a non-immigrant visa that permits US Employers to hire foreign workers in speciality occupations. IT Professionals in India look forward for this process to begin for fulfilling their dollar dreams. The initial registration period will be from March 1st to 20th, 2020. Only those IT Professionals whose applications were approved by USCIS in the initial period should submit a full petition.
