Heavy Rains Hit Hyderabad City Yet Again!

Telangana's struggles with the heavy rams continue. After a ga of two days, the state saw a big downpour today. The water bodies across the state are filled with water thanks to the continuous rains. The low-lying areas in the state are finding it difficult to deal with the floodwater.
The various parts of the states saw heavy rains in high numbers. Starting from the afternoon, rains are creating havoc in the state. Areas like Miyapur, Kukatpally, Nijampet, and other areas saw heavy rains. Due to the heavy downpour, a few low-lying areas were drowned in the flood water.
Not just the low-lying areas, but the roads in various locations also drowned in water. Irrespective of the areas, the same is the situation. Commuters faced severe issues with traffic jams. With rainwater causing water logging on the roads, the commuters found it hard to travel resulting in jams.
Well, the situation is not over yet. The experts said that the rains would continue for a few more days. As per the predictions, heavy rains are likely to be continued for a couple of days or even more if the same temperature continues.
The authorities of the Hyderabad civic body Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation(GHMC) warned the people in the city to be careful with the rains and also urged them to only step out if it is necessary. On the other hand, the authorities have set up a number so that the people can report their grievances.
