AP Congress Leaders who had been in respectable positions until 2014 switched loyalties to YCP, TDP and BJP post the bifurcation. Killi Krupa Rani is one of those Leaders who lost hope on the revival of party fortunes and joined YCP few months ago. She was part of the YCP Delegation that met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
Sonia Gandhi noticed Killi Kruparani while she was walking in the corridors of Parliament. The AICC Chairperson didn't hesitate to greet the Former MP, 'Hi Kruparani, How Are You? Which Party Did You Join?'.
Even before Killi Kruparani came out of the unexpected shock to offer a reply, Sonia walked away saying she is in other political party now. Later, Sonia told Rahul who accompanied her that Kruparani served as Union Minister in UPA-2.
The YCP Leader is on cloud nine with the sweet gesture from the Congress Supremo. She says that incident when Sonia remembered her will remain as a good memory in her life.
