High Court Not Impressed With YS Avinash Reddyâs Behaviour?

The ruling party MP from Kadapa, YS Avinash Reddy is in the news for the past few days with YS Viveka's murder case. He earlier alleged that the CBI is changing his version of the statement and wanted his questioning session to be videographed. He also sought directives from the Court to stop his arrest.
The petition was heard today and during the session, the High Court of Telangana slammed YS Avinash Reddy. The court was not impressed with the way the MP behaved and said that what he did was not correct, reports said.
It is known that recently, Avinash Reddy held a press meet and made serious allegations at the CBI. The same was mentioned during the arguments. The High Court asked what is the need for doing that and asked how he can go to the press meet when the agency is probing the matter.
Accused making shocking allegations against the investigating agency will not send a good message and would even impact the way the case is traveling. Moreover, YS Avinash Reddy is facing allegations that he might be a conspirator in the murder case.
YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha who has been fighting in the case is alleging that he might have had a role in this. Earlier, she filed a petition countering Avinash Reddy's petition. Amid this, he held a press meeting.
But this did not go well with the High Court bench which asked how the MP can make such comments when the CBI is investigating the murder case.
