India Today offered rankings to the MPs of 16th Lok Sabha based on Attendance, Questions Raised, No. of Private Bills introduced, Utilisation of MPLADS Fund and Perception of citizen about Governance.

Out of 543 MPs, Only the performance of 416 MPs has been judged by India Today's Data Intelligence Unit. Even PM Narendra Modi was left out due to non-availability of data. BJP's Bihar MP Janardan Singh Sigriwal emerged No.1 and he received A+ for his exceptional performance. BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi (7) and NCP's Supriya Sule featured in the Top 10 list.

Shockingly, Sonia Gandhi was ranked 381st and Rahul Gandhi received 387th rank out of total 416 MPs. Congress President have an attendance of 52 percent and spent Rs 19.6 crore of total Rs 25 crore MPLADS. He neither raised any questions in Zero Hour nor introduced Private Member Bills. Sonia had 60 percent attendance. 11 out of 39 Congress MPs received D or D+, About 33 out of 195 BJP MPs ranked received D or D+.

Nandyal MP SPY Reddy who joined TDP after getting elected on YCP Ticket received 416th Rank. Kurnool MP Butta Renuka received 337th Rank.
