For the first time, team India is playing two different series. While one team is in England currently, the other team is touring in island nation Srilanka for a bilateral series.

The Men in Blue led by Gabbar Shikhar Dhawan is on a winning spree. While India had won the first ODI quite comfortably, it had to struggle hard in the second game.

In an edge of the seat entertainer, India emerged victorious against Sri Lanka in the second ODI. Deepak Chahar became the hero for India by taking his team to victory with his maiden half century.

He came for batting when India was on all sorts of worries with 7 wickets down for 193. Chahar made a match winning partnership with Bhuvneshwar Kumar. They made 84 runs and scripted a win to India.

The first string of Indian team led by Virat Kohli which is in England currently watched India taking on Sri Lanka and cheered for the team.

In the video shared by BCCI, Virat Kohli, head coach Ravi Shastri, Ajinkya Rahane, Umesh Yadav and others can be seen cheering for the team.

Former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid was made the coach for India for the Sri Lanka series. He was successful as a coach as India had won the ODI series with one match left.

His decision to send Deepak Chahar ahead of Bhuvneshwar Kumar made wonders for India and the team won the match

Former Indian players to netizens, everyone lauded and showered praises on the young Indian players for keeping their nerves calm and making it to the victory.

When seven wickets were gone, everyone thought that Sri Lanka would win the game and will have its revenge for the defeat in the first match. Thanks to the crucial partnership of Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Deepak Chahar made his first half century with an unbeaten 69.
