Indian students face racial discrimination in a non-national country. Students are discriminated not only in the United States but also in the Philippines. Recently, a student from Tamil Nadu was attacked by miscreants.
Indian students were attacked in the Philippines. Jawahar Srinath, a student from Tamil Nadu, went to a shop at around 7 pm on Thursday and was allegedly attacked with rods by three miscreants.
Srinath was rushed to a hospital by fellow students with serious injuries after his teeth were blown out. The students lodged a complaint at the local police station. Indian students who went to study MBBS in the Philippines are currently worried.
