Is Sharmila's Delhi tour linked to Munugode bypoll?

Why did Sharmila suddenly plan to go to Delhi? Why did she give a break to her padayatra and rush to Delhi? If sources are to be believed, she met some key BJP leaders and some high-ranking officials to lodge a complaint against the irregularities in the Kaleshwaram project. But, those in the know say that there is more to her Delhi visit than meets the eye.
Soon after her Delhi visit came the information that the YSRTP is not going to put up a candidate in the Munugode bypoll. Why did the YSRTP back out? If sources are to be believed, she has decided not to fight from Munugode in support of Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who is contesting on a BJP ticket. In fact, Komatireddys have been great supporters of YSR and his family.
In fact, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was among the first to visit Lotus Pond after Jagan was released from the Chanchalguda prison. He visited even while he was in the Congress. Similarly, Venkat Reddy has telephonically extended his support to Sharmila, while she was in Nalgonda as part of her padayatra of the district. So, Sharmila is in fact paying back to Komatireddys by not contesting the bypolls.
Sharmila is also planning to meet top officials of the finance and irrigation departments in Delhi and lodge a complaint against the Telangana Government on the alleged fund misuse in Kaleswaram project. She has already met Telangana governor Tamilisai Saundararajan and apprised her of the position of the Kaleswaram project. She is also trying to secure an appointment of President Draupadi Murmu. However, nothing has been finalised as yet.
