Is TRS Helping BJP, Congress In Dubbak Bypoll?

Harish, the master strategist has a clever strategy ready for the Dubbak byelections. The clever politician that he is, he is said to be indirectly funding and helping both the Congress and the BJP.Both the parties are seeing a rise in the support for them and both are challenging the TRS this time.
But why is Harish Rao helping both the Congress and the BJP. Poll pundits say that this is a clever strategy as both the parties will undercut the other and thus there would be a massive division in the anti-TRS votes. The BJP had got 16000 votes from Dubbak in 2013. If its vote tally goes up, it would only be dividing the anti- TRS votes. Ditto with the Congress. If its votes increase, it would only be cutting the anti-TRS votes. So, he is said to be pitting the BJP against the Congress Party so that they divide the anti-TRS votes.
It is with this reason that Harish Rao has of late stopped criticizing the Congress Party. He is focusing on attacking only the BJP. This will only help make the anti-TRS voters to flock to the BJP.
