Is TRS Taking Sporty Route To Rehabilitate Kavitha?

Is KCR planning to rehabilitate his daughter Kavitha Kalwakuntla in a 'sporty' manner? The indications are that - yes. He is . If sources are to be believed, plans are afoot to make Kavitha the president of the Hyderabad Cricket Association in the next elections. As part of it, former Indian cricketer and former MP Mohammed Azharuddin would be made the HCA president this time. Sources say that KTR and Azhar are calling up the members of different cricket clubs to vote for Azhar. If Azhar wins, he would pave way for the entry of Kavitha.
The TRS is working overtime to rehabilitate Kavitha. The Telangana Jagruthi, which celebrates Batukamma by taking funds from the Telangna Government, has been revived this time. The Telangana Jagruthi did not celebrate Batukamma last year as it was election time due to which no funds could be released.
In fact, Kavitha's name was actively considered for the Huzurabad assembly bypoll, but the TRS did not want to take chances as it is a Congress citadel. If Kavitha loses again, her political career would be doomed. So, they have taken the sporty root to resurrect her image. So, soon, one can see Kavitha getting busy with both Batukamma and the bat.
BJP leader and former MP G Vivek Venkataswamy has already accused Azharuddin of colluding with the TRS in the HCA elections. He has extended his support to Prakash Chand Jain panel. In fact, Vivek's nomination was rejected on technical ground. He has now thrown his lot with the rival panel led by Prakash Chand Jain.
