Is That The Reason behind Transfer Of AP Governor's Secretary?

It is known that IPS officials were transferred in Andhra Pradesh recently. As part of this, Senior IAS Officer Ram Prakash Sisodia who is working as the special chief secretary to Andhra Pradesh Governor was also transferred. But he was not given any posting. Orders were given directing RP Sisodia to report to the General Administration Department. Former TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal was appointed in Sisodia's position.
A leading daily carried out a sensational story claiming that the anger towards RP Sisodia might be the reason behind transferring him all of a sudden. Recently, representatives of the Government Employees body under the leadership of Surya Narayana met the Governor and requested to look into the matter of delay in salaries.
Government Employees Association leaders meeting the Governor became a sensation back then. This also created issues among the Employee associations.APNGO Chief Bandi Srinivas and others lashed out at Surya Narayana as well. The government also served notices to Surya Narayana. In the Show Cause notice, he was asked why the recognition of his association should not be canceled. He moved the Court.
On the other hand, a popular media outlet said that the state government might be angry at RP Sisodia as there might be his support of him behind the employee associations meeting with the Governor. It is also said that Sisodia might have helped the employees to meet the Government.
The newspaper also said that this might be the reason behind not giving any posting to Sisodia and asking him to report to the General Administration Department.
Anil Kumar Singhal who earlier served as the TTD EO and is serving as Principal secretary of the endowments department was appointed as the special chief secretary to the Andhra Pradesh Governor. Surprisingly, Sisodia was not given any post though it is four days since his transfer of post.
