The much-anticipated Dubbaka by-polls are just days away. Congress workers and cadre are raising doubts on senior actress-turned-politician Vijayashanti not hitting the election campaign.
Even some media reports claimed that the former Medak MP had issues with the Congress leaders and Vijayashanti is eyeing to wear the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) shawl.
Amid such media speculations, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy stepped in to clear all the airs surrounding the party shift of Vijayashanti.
Rubbishing the reports, Uttam Kumar Reddy said, he has just spoken to Vijayashanti. Due to Coronavirus, she kept herself away from the election campaign and said don't believe any news on Vijayashanti joining other parties.
On the other hand, media reports claimed that Vijayshanti is in constant touch with BJP leaders and she wants to shift her loyalties to BJP. While the Telangana wing of Congress is trying hard to pacify the former Medak MP.
