It's End Of The Road For This Senior Politician

Is it the end of the road for senior politician and former Home Minister Nayini Narasimha Reddy? His MLC term is coming to an end by May-end and as of now, there are no indications that he would be renominated. This only means that his political career will come to an end, and quite tamely at that.
Nayini was the Home Minister in the TRS 1.0 government. However, in the 2018 elections he was not given a party ticket. He tried to get a ticket for his son-in-law, but KCR refused to agree. As a result, Nayini sulked and expressed his ire on more than one occasion. More importantly, he did not campaign for the party in his burrough of Musheerabad. After the TRS won a landslide, Nayini lobbied for RTC chairperson's post, but again, KCR had other ideas.
Now, Nayini's term is coming to an end in a fortnight. He is unlikely to be re-nominated. So, it's limbo for him. If sources are to be believed either Desapathi Srinivas or Balamallu would be nominated for the post, while Kavitha would be nominated for the local body constituency from Nizamabad. So, it's swansong for this illustrious trade unionist, former socialist and TRS old-timer.
