Italian DJ Slapped At Hyd Airport! Really?

Italian DJ Olly Esse alleged Air India Staff at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport has assaulted her on August 19th, 2018. A complaint was registered with Airport Police and a case was booked under Sections 323 (Voluntarily Causing Hurt) and 506 (Criminal Intimidation) of IPC.
As per the complaint, The Delhi-bound Air India Flight got delayed by 9 hours. Air India Officials at the counter didn't respond properly when she sought help. 'Lady at the desk behaved rudely and even slapped Me,' she said.
However, Air India denied the allegation. Spokesperson of the Airline told the lady whom DJ met at the Airport was an outsourcing employee and she didn't slap her. 'It's a false allegation. When Olly Esse was filming her using her mobile, The Employee just tried to stop her,' says Air India.
Airport Police are checking the CCTV Footage to find out the truth in the allegation.
