Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be leaving no stone unturned to strengthen the bond with his AP Counterpart YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He decided to invite the AP Chief Minister for the inauguration of Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project on Godavari river on June 21st.
Guess what? KCR will be going all the way to Vijayawada for inviting YS Jagan personally for the inauguration of Kaleshwaram Project.
Actually, TDP Government raised objection on Kaleshwaram Project on grounds that it could damage the interests of Andhra Pradesh by preventing the flow of Godavari water. KCR does nothing without a reason. He might be inviting Jagan for the inauguration of Kaleshwaram Project to ensure present YCP Government doesn't raise any objection at least for the next 5 years.
On the other hand, Relations between TRS and BJP were strained. The Saffron Party sees an opportunity to form the government in Telangana after bagging four MP Seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha Polls. In contrast, YCP and BJP have been maintaining healthy relations. By appeasing Jagan, TRS Chief might want to stay in the good books of PM Modi.
