KCR to hold massive public meeting in Delhi on Sonia's birthday?

If all goes well, Telangana CM KCR is all set to organise a massive show of strength in Delhi on December 9. It will be a typical Telangana Dhum Dham kind of jamboree and KCR is likely to make some key announcements at the December 9 public meeting. The date is said to be very important for KCR and for Telangana. This announcement was made by KCR himself after a meeting of the TRS leaders at Pragathi Bhavan.
Interestingly, December 9 is Sonia Gandhi's birthday. It was on December 9 that the then minister P Chidambaram announced the formation of the Telangana state. Thus, this date is of special significance for KCR. He led the TRS to victory in 2014 elections and then again came back to power in 2018 . Hence, he wants to organise his first public meeting on that date in Delhi.
On Sunday, KCR held a key meeting with district presidents of the TRS at Pragathi Bhavan to discuss the formation of the national level political party. He has reportedly discussed the possible name of the party and also the flagship programmes of the party. KCR's moves are being keenly watched by politicians across the country.
If highly placed sources are to be believed, KCR is likely to make the promise of providing free power to the farm sector across the country. Though different state-level parties have made such promises, no national party has made such a promise. Even the Congress, which made the promise of providing free power, did it for just undivided AP. Thus, KCR is likely to score a major point by making this nation-wide promise.
