KTR Bats for Laser Show and Kids Related Activities at Tank Bund

To enable the visitors and tourists to have a good time on Tank Bund, one of the famous spots in the capital city of Telangana, Hyderabad, the traffic regulations were brought earlier in August. The move made the families enjoy leisure time at Tank Bund. Under the traffic regulations, traffic will not be allowed from 5 pm to 8 pm every Sunday.
As one more attraction to the beautiful necklace of Tank Bund, Telangana IT Minister and TRS Working President Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao had batted for the idea to start activities that would attract more kids to Tank Bund. KTR said a laser show can be started at Tank Bund.
In a tweet, KTR said the kids-related activities should be started at Tank Bund. Tagging Urban Development Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar in his tweet, KTR called for the suggestion like a laser show.
"Doesn't that look more like a carnival on #TankBund Let's start more kids oriented activities @arvindkumar_ias.Arts+Crafts+Music will create a Magical experience Let's explore a laser show in the lake & some viewer galleries on all sides," KTR said in the tweet.
As a piece of good news for the Hyderabadis, Urban Development Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar replied that the activities will be started soon.
The netizens have also lauded the suggestion made by the IT Minister. They are showering praises on the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister for coming up with such good initiatives. The previous idea to make the Tank Bund area a traffic-free zone on the evening of every Sunday was very well received by the citizens and families.
Families and youths who wanted to go to Tank Bund on the weekends used to worry about the traffic on the Tank Bund, given the fact that it is one of the busiest routes in the city that connects various areas.
Tank Bund has all the facilities that make it the major visiting spot in the city. Besides offering good scenery with a water background, boating services on Hussain Sagar are also available. Eateries are also available on Tank Bund. Big multiplex, Imax is also located close to Tank Bund.
