The Supreme Court on Friday directed Karnataka Speaker KR Ramesh Kumar to take a decision on the resignations and disqualification of 10 Rebel MLAs of ruling Congress-JD (S) Coalition by next Tuesday.

Rahul Gandhi accused BJP of using money to topple Governments in the states where it isn't in the power. Congress Leader Digvijaya Singh alleged BJP has been used the money it amassed during demonetisation to buy MLAs. For Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah told Congress-JD (S) Coalition isn't moving vote of confidence motion as they are confident of completing the full term.

14 Rebel MLAs has been camping at the Renaissance Hotel in suburban Powai, Mumbai. On the recent developments, HD Kumaraswamy commented: 'I can continue in the CM Chair only if I enjoy the trust of the House'.

Resorts Politics could begin again as Kumaraswamy could seek vote of trust in the Assembly. BJP is planning to move its MLAs to Sai Leela Resort. Congress and JD (S) have their plans to protect the MLAs from horse-trading.

Speculations were abuzz that BJP is holding talks to form government with the support of JD (S). While BS Yeddyurappa will be CM, Kumaraswamy's Brother Revanna will be Deputy CM if this talks work out. Saffron Party implemented similar strategy in Bihar where it had a tie-up with JD (U) after Nitish Kumar differed with Lalu's RJD.
