Kavitha Faces Big Shock In Supreme Court Yet Again!

BRS MLA Kavitha is one of the accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam. The issue took a political turn with this. The ruling party in the state BRS has been saying that she was made an accused for political reasons. Earlier posters and flexes were erected supporting her amid the Delhi Liquor Scam case.
The ED is after the former MP in the case and grilled her three times. Once she was questioned for two consecutive days. Kavitha hit back at the allegations of destroying the mobile phones by showing the phones when she appeared before the investigating agency.
On the other hand, Kavitha is waging a legal battle. She has been saying that the officers cannot question a lady at the office and they should come to her residence. Kavitha is also fighting to get the directives stopping the agency from taking further action against her.
Yet again Kavitha faced a big blow in the court. Despite not giving the directives the MLC wanted in the case, the Supreme Court also posted the case for three weeks. So Kavitha has to wait and see for the concerned date.
Looking at the issue from Kavitha's point of view, the decision of the Supreme Court is a big blow. She is trying hard to get directives from the court that a woman cannot be questioned at the office and the investigating officers should come to her residence.
