Kerala is known to be God's Own Country because of the scenic beauty people get to see in this part of the World. What's happening in this Southern State in the past 9 days is painful to say the least. 324 People died and over 3 lakh people has become Homeless so far.
NDF Teams continued taking part in the rescue operations as rivers were overflowing and landslides collapsed many houses. Film Celebs, Sportspersons, Politicians and General Public have been making contributions to the CM Relief Fund.
YSR Congress President YS Jaganmohan Reddy responded on the devastation in Kerala. 'The devastation caused by the #KeralaFloods is gut-wrenching. My thoughts & prayers are with the people of Kerala in these testing times,' he tweeted.
Opposition Leader urged the Central Government to provide all possible assistance to support relief & rehabilitation measures for people affected by this calamity.
