Komatireddy Brothers Show Strong Presence

The mission of TRS to bag all the Municipalities in the Nalgonda District has been foiled by Komatireddy Brothers. Once again, These Congress Leaders showed their grip on this part of the state making use of the Municipal Elections.
Out of 18 Municipalities in Nalgonda District, Congress managed to win only Chanduru Municipality. However, The National Party won Counsellors on par with TRS in Nereducherla, Haliya, Nalgonda, Yadagirigutta and Choutuppal.
Munugodu MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy created a big scene in Choutuppal after 3 CPM Counsellors joined TRS upon winning with the support of Congress Party. Komatireddy & his Followers attacked the CPM Office. Tension prevailed in Choutuppal due to the stone-pelting incident during the day Chairman was supposed to be elected.
On the other hand, Bhuvanagiri MP Komtireddy Venkat Reddy crossed swords with Aaleru MLA Gongidi Suneetha during Yadagirigutta Municipality Election. The Nalgonda Strongman offered tough fight to the Ruling TRS in Yadagirigutta, Pedda Ambarpeta, Ibrahimptanam and Aadibatla Municipalities.
Overall, Komatireddy Brothers boosted the morale of Congress Cadre with their spirited fight during the Municipal Elections. This is like a slap on the faces of critics who commented that these two Congress Leaders has been playing it safe during the TRS rule.
