Kumaraswamy Leads Delegation Of 117 MLAs

On Wednesday, HD Kumaraswamy led the delegation of 117 MLAs when he went to meet Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala to prove his strength. JD (S) Chief expressed his willingness to parade all the Legislators who are backing him as next CM before Governor. All the Congress and JD (S) had gone to Raj Bhavan in a bus.
However, Governor gave permission for only 10 MLAs of JD (S) and Congress to meet him. Both the parties have collectively submitted a list of 117 MLAs to the Administrative Head. Governor promised to get back to JD (S) and Congress upon seeking legal opinion on the matter.
Governor obtained the list of MLAs who were elected in Assembly Polls 2018 from the Election Commission.
BJP CM Candidate BS Yeddyurappa will be meeting Governor Today. He had already fixed muhurat for his swearing-in ceremony.
