She shared a video of a woman strangling an infant to stop her crying. She strangled and even hit her to the ground unconscious.
Latha Rajnikanth tweeted the following message asking people to help her track down the woman and call to the number in the tweet, when they are able to find her.
''Peace for Children:let's come together and make a difference.Kindly request everyone to help track this atrocity been committed to a helpless child.Justice must be served and the guilty punished if anyone has any information please share with us at our toll free number 18001208866''
