he scion of Vizayanagram Royal family and former Minister of Civil Aviation Ashok Gajapathi Raju has moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court in regard to the MANSAS Trust.

Hearing Raju Garu's petition, the High Court expressed its dissatisfaction over the behaviour of MANSAS Trust EO and made it clear that he should follow Ashok Gajapathi Raju's instructions.

The High Court said that the officials cannot deny the instructions of Gajapathi Raju as he holds the post of Chairman of the trust.

During the arguments, the High Court questioned what is the role of the EO and asked what an EO is supposed to do as per the guidelines.

Reacting sharply to the development of EO writing a letter to Trust Chairman, the bench asked why the EO failed to obey the court orders.

Saying that only the Audit Officer should audit the transactions and others should not interfere in this, ths court said.

As a piece of good news for the employees of the MANSAS Trust, the bench issued directives that the employees should be paid their due salaries and suspended the orders issued by the EO to seize the accounts that belong to the trust.

The bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court directed the EO to not interfere in the institutions that fall under the purview of the trust.

However, things between Ashok Gajapathi Raju, EO are not going well since he took over the place. He openly said that the officials are not cooperating with him in exercising his duties.

The MANSAS Trust which was founded back in 1958 in the memory of Alak Narayan Gajapathi Raj, the last prince of the Vizianagaram empire has been hitting the headlines in recent times.

The internal issues among the family members resulted in people losing trust in MANSAS. With the issues reaching the highest point, the Andhra Pradesh government stepped in and appointed Sanchaita Gajapathi Raju as the chairman of the trust.

After several twists and turns, the High Court quashed the GO issued by the government appointing Sanchaita and Ashok Gajapathi Raju was reinstated as MANSAS. Chairman eventually.
