MLAs Count Looking At TDP From Nellore Goes To 4?

The Nellore district has a big role in Andhra Pradesh as the region gave many Ministers and MPs. On average, we can find leaders from the Nellore district in every Cabinet be it in divided or combined states. This tells us the importance the Nellore district has in state politics.

Now the same Nellore district is turning out to be a headache for the ruling YSRCP. Earlier we heard reports of former Minister Anil Kumar Yadav having internal issues with the other leaders. On top of this, a few leaders are gearing up to leave the YSRCP.

Mekapati Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, and Anam Ramanarayana Reddy from the YSRCP turned rebel leaders and there are reports that they would join the TDP. The three leaders are from the Nellore district.

Recently, reports said that Kovvur MLA Nallapareddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy might leave the party. But the MLA rubbished the reports and said that he will support Jagan till his last breath.

Despite Nallapareddy Prasanna Kumar Reddy rubbishing the reports, the reports say that another leader from the Nellore district is ready to shift his loyalties to TDP from the YSRCP which says that the fourth MLA from Nellore might take the TDP side.

Political circles say that Ramireddy Pratap Kumar Reddy is not happy with the party and might join the TDP. The YSRCP is reportedly taking the performance of the MLAs and Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabuthvam program as the parameters to decide if the leaders can get a party ticket or not. Based on the same Ramireddy was reportedly informed that he would not get a ticket.

So the MLA is looking at other parties. If he won't get the party ticket from YSRCP then he might take the TDP route. If this happens then the MLA would be the fourth leader who is said to be looking at TDP.
