Madhavi Latha responded over the defeat of Pawan Kalyan in Bhimavaram and Gajuwaka constituencies. 'I knew that I am gonna face defeat, even My Party knew it, Public knew it...that is why I kept saying I am working for the party instead of saying I would win. I wished to see Modi as PM again and it happened. But, Pawan Kalyan's defeat came a big surprise for Me. People have conveyed that they want money to vote instead of electing honest Leaders. BJP won't give money, Modi got votes by love. Why not PK? What happened to PK Fans??? Its my pain...I really can't digest. What happened to the fans who made tall claims?,' she questioned.
The 'Nachavule' Actress questioned why People who keep on saying educated should enter politics defeated JD Lakshminarayana. She asked, 'What happened to Students? Even they proved that money and caste matters the most'.
