The Holy Shrine of Kaliyuga Daivam Lord Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala is a world-famous temple. The rich temple attracts devotees from various parts of the nation. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) which runs the temple aims at spreading the Hindu Sanatana Dharma by constructing temples.

Unfortunately, the temple is hitting the headlines with controversies of late. Earlier, Vehicles with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's stickers coming from Maharashtra were banned at the TTD. A few vehicles were spotted on the Mada streets in Tirumala. The issue created a big uproar as Devotees asked what the Security was doing.

Now devotees are worried about a new incident. Reports say that the banned substance Ganja was found on Tirumala Hills. The concerned officials received credible information on the substance and they carried out a sudden ride and seized about 125 grams of ganja. The person selling the drug was also arrested.

From credible sources, the TTD vigilance wing officials of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) received information that a person is roaming suspiciously on the hilltop. The officials arrested him and grilled him. Later they seized the drug.

More shockingly, the person arrested by the officials is believed to be an outsourcing employee. The person identified as Gangadri was arrested with a few packets of drugs. The accused hid the drugs in straps that are tied around his legs. A viral video shows the person removing the straps.

While a few shot the video, the accused showed where he held Ganja and there were around 15 packets. The worth of the drugs is believed to be huge and many wonder how he managed to take drugs to the hills.
