The Shamshabad police has encountered all the four accused in brutal rape and murder of Hyderabad veterinary doctor Disha in early hours on Friday. Telangana CM KCR, Telangana police and Cyberabad Commissioner of Police VC Sajjanar are being hailed on the daring act.
