In a shocking incident, a Battery factory in Andhra Pradesh reported a massive fire mishap on Monday night. Despite a massive fire breaking out no casualties were reported and none of the employees working at the establishment sustained injuries in the fire mishap. The rescue teams were called for help.

The shocking incident was reported from the Amara Raja Battery factory in Yadamari Mandal of Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh reportedly. The locals got to know about this when the alarm buzzed. Thick smoke and a big fire broke out at the factory on the evening of Monday and the local cops were informed.

It has been widely reported that the concerned cops reached the spot and called the rescue teams to bring the situation under control. Fire workers reached the spot and rescued the employees who were inside the factory. Media reports say that over 200 workers are inside the factory when the mishap happened.

But they were rescued safely as per the reports. Reports say that a short circuit might be the reason behind the fire mishap at the Amara Raja Battery Factory in Andhra Pradesh. It is also said that huge property loss was reported in the fire mishap at the factory.

An investigation has been launched into the issue to know the reason behind the fire accident. The revenue officials also reached the spot to ascertain the losses caused by the big fire mishap.

It has to be mentioned here that Amara Raja Factory shifted its new facility to Telangana from Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana government welcomed the investments and a ceremony was held to start the investment. With time going, the size of investment made by the Amara Raja would increase as charging batteries would see a rise in consumption.

After the Population Board in Andhra Pradesh alleged a few violations and served notice to the Amara Raja batteries, the company moved the High Court. The Amara Raja company alleged that they are being targeted by the government. With this, the new facility was shifted to Telangana. Amara Raja company is run by TDP MP Galla Jayadev's family.
