The much-talked-about murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy is not going through several twists and turns. For the past few days, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy is in the news with the case. He missed the CBI interrogation two times and there is no information on what he does with the new interrogation session.

Avinash Reddy was supposed to appear before the CBI officers today. However, he is said to have written to the CBI saying that he cannot attend the session due to the health of his mother. The case became political with AP Government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy supporting Avinash saying that he is not escaping from anyone.

Amid this, Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy moved the Supreme Court and approached the vacation bench. However, the bench is believed to have said that it cannot hear the petition now. With this, there is a big suspense on what would happen next in the case.

The new development came against the backdrop of reports saying the possible arrest of Avinash Reddy in the case. Earlier we heard that the Central Bureau of Investigation officers are angry at the MP for missing the CBI interrogation twice.

CBI officers are said to have reached the Viswabharathi Super Speciality Hospital in Kurnnol where Avinash Reddy's mother is undergoing treatment. The MP is in the hospital to attend his mother. Following this, CBI officers went there and there is a tense situation at the hospital. Party activists and supporters also gathered at the hospital and cops are beefed up at the location to see that no unwanted scene takes place.

Now his petition is not heard by the Supreme Court bench and we have to wait and see what happens next in the case. This is not the first time, his bail petition was not listed before the bench. Earlier, Avinash Reddy moved the Supreme Court seeking directives to make the vacation bench of the High Court of Telangana. However, the Apex Court did not accept the request and it was not listed. Let us wait to see what suspense the case throws next.
