Drugs Case: NCB Places Underworld Don's Brother under arrest

As part of the probe in a drugs-related case, the Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) sleuths have arrested Iqbal Kaskar, brother of underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim in Mumbai on Wednesday reportedly.
It is said that Kaskar was questioned by the NCB personnel. After nabbing him, he was shifted to the Ballard Estate office in the financial capital today.
As per the media reports, Kaskar was arrested in connection with a drug racket, which was busted recently. Around 15kg of drugs were seized by the officials. After digging deeper into the case, his name surfaced and he was nabbed.
It is also said that the racket, which was busted by the NCB was run by one of the closest aides of Dawood Ibrahim. Joining all the dots in the case is said to have led the officials to Iqbal Kaskar.
An official statement from the NCB on the arrest and if any details and information were received from Iqbal during the questioning is awaited. We will get more details on this with the statement.
