Narcotics Control Bureau Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede who played a key role in busting some of the biggest drug rackets was also instrumental behind the sensational cruise party that was busted earlier this month that had made many heads turn. The incident has been sending shocking waves.

A sudden development that came out of nowhere, media reports emerged that he is being stacked and reportedly his movements are being monitored by the Mumbai cops. He said he got to know about the monitoring of his movements from his sources.

The Zonal Director even alleged that he is followed everywhere by someone that even when he visits Kabristan to offer prayers to his mother, someone watches him. These allegations gave a completely new angle to the case.

Reacting to the buzz that the NCB Zonal Director is under alleged watch, NCB Deputy Director of General Mutha Ashok Jain addressed the media and said that a complaint has been lodged in this regard and the issue was taken to the Maharashtra DGP.

Adding further, he said that he doesn't want to make any comments on the issue as a police complaint was registered. He also rubbished the reports of alleged attacks against the NCB and made it clear that all the evidence would be produced before the court.

Talking about the alleged rave party that came to the lights in Mumbai earlier this month, the NCB officials have busted the party after receiving a tip-off from trustworthy sources. The officials disguised themselves as normal people and boarded the cruise.

Upon racing the mid-sea, the officials conducted a raid and took a few people including Bollywood King Khan Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan into their custody. Post grilling the accused they were presented before the court and were sent to custody as per the court orders.

On Monday, Aryan Khan's lawyer had moved a local court in Mumbai to seek bail. Rejecting the bail, the court sought a reply from the NCB. The special court had adjourned the next hearing in this regard to the 13th of this month. Eight people including Aryan Khan were arrested in this case.
