Narendra Modi's Mother Donates 25,000 to PM-CARES Fund

Following the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that a relief fund will be created where people can contribute to help the government to fight against the virus.
"It is my appeal to my fellow Indians, kindly contribute to the PM-CARES Fund. This Fund will also cater to similar distressing situations if they occur in the times ahead," Modi said.
Now Modi’s mother Hiraba has come forward to make a contribution towards the fund as her part to help the country in fighting the dreaded virus.
Hiraba will be contributing Rs 25,000 from her personal savings to the PM-CARES Fund which has been set up to provide relief to millions affected by COVID-19 in India.
Whether in cash or kind, more and more personalities from across the country are coming forward to offer support during the COVID-19 outbreak.
