Things in the Telangana wing of Congress appear to not get settled down anytime soon. The seniors in the party earlier distanced themselves from the party activities. An unexpected development happened in Telangana politics. Senior MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy met TPCC chief Revanth Reddy at Gandhi Bhavan today.

The meeting between the two senior leaders gave a big hope for the party that the internal issues might be sorted out soon. But the hopes became short-lived. The Congress leaders raised their objections against Venkat Reddy.

At the recent meeting, senior party leader Konda Surekha is said to have demanded that Venkat Reddy should be suspended from the party as his comments are causing trouble to the party. As the former MLA made these comments in the presence of the party leaders they caught everyone's attention.

However Revanth Reddy said that party leaders should refrain themselves from making such comments. Having said that he reportedly said that leaders might face acting. He made these comments without taking any names.

When everything appeared to be going well and Venkat Reddy hinted that he is ready to settle the issues with Revanth Reddy, Konda Surekha raised the demand that he should be suspended from the party.

It appears that no one can save the grand old party from having internal issues and fights between the parties. When one issue showed signs of settling down, another one popped up. No one knows when the new issue will be sorted out.
