Nobody Wants To Invite Chandrababu Now

See how things change in just just 45 days. Forty five days ago, Chandrababu Naidu was at the centre of all political formations. He hopped from Chennai to Bengaluru to Kolkata to Marathwada to Mumbai. He was there everywhere. He even organised a meeting of the non-BJP parties to decide on t Prime Ministerial candidate. His meetings made national headlines and on most days during the electioneering, he was campaigning for some national leader or the other. But, after the election results are out, Chandrababu completely went out of shell. His party received the worst possible drubbing. Four of his Rajya Sabha MPs have crossed floors. Many more MLAs and MLC are getting ready to ditch Chandrababu.
Interestingly, Chandrababu did not make even a single visit to any place outside the Telugu states. He has not met any Oppositon leader or did not even hold meeting of Opposition parties to discuss strategies in Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha. Nobody has even invited him for any programme. The man who almost became the prime minister is now battling to save his party from being fully decimated.
