Former Union Minister Daggubati Purandeswari reiterated Special Category Status is a closed chapter and Centre is willing to sanction funds to AP through Special Package. She advised CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy not to walk in the path of Chandrababu Naidu and use Special Package to develop the state.
Purandeswari recalled Chandrababu Naidu accepting Special Package is a better choice than Special Status and changing his stand in the election year for political gains. She claimed NDA Government has offered so much funding to the state in the past five years under Special Package.
The BJP National Mahila Morcha In-Charge made it clear Centre has already passed a ruling over the sharing of Godavari, Krishna Waters between AP and Telangana. She went on to say Jagan needn't have to compromise with KCR on this matter.
NTR's Daughter accused TDP of cheating Farmers and DWACRA Women promising Loan Waiver. She appealed Jagan not to make promises which can't be implemented. She also demanded YCP Government to unearth the corruption happened during TDP Rule.
