Pawan Kalyan is the big star in Telugu cinema in the current era and we can say this without any doubt. Fans are ready to see him even though he is making back-to-back remakes and his remakers are making big numbers at the box office. Even his recent outing Bheemla Nayak is a remake film.
However, his massive fan following is not translating as votes. Despite campaigning for the polls, Pawan Kalyan's Janasena lost the 2019 polls. Not just losing the polls, Pawan Kalyan also could not win the elections. Despite not voting for Pawan Kalyan in the polls, his fans raise CM Pawan slogans in his meetings. The slogans are being raised in other events as well.
MLA Roja who was recently made the Minister in Andhra Pradesh addressed a massive crowd in Andhra Pradesh. While she was addressing the crowd, Pawan Kalyan fans raised CM Pawan slogans much to the irritation of Roja Selvamani.
Pawan Kalyan fans have to keep one thing in mind that Janasena chief cannot win the elections without votes. Simply raising slogans instead of voting for him will not work for him. In one instance, Pawan Kalyan expressed his dissatisfaction with his fans.
Actor-turned-politician, Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan said that he can understand the logic behind his fans loving him but voting for Jagan Mohan Reddy in the polls. Unless the fans understand this, Pawan Kalyan cannot leave his mark in elections.
