Indian Off Spinner Harbhajan Singh wasn't happy from the moment he saw a picture of police constable assaulting a beggar on the road. 'Heartbreaking to see such images..cops hitting a mother..is this image we wanna show about our country ?? #shame,' he wrote.
Bhajji even tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in one of the tweets to bring the inhuman act to his notice, 'Sir @narendramodi this kind of nonsense should not b tolerate.Police is to protect an help not to hit our own people'.
A Fan of Narendra Modi didn't approve Harbhajan involving Prime minister in the matter. Soon, The Cricketer expressed his anguish calling the fan as Idiot and clarified he is just trying to bring the matter to the notice of PM.
