Real reason for Jagan's Delhi tour: Early polls in AP??

Is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seriously considering going to early polls in the state? Is his Delhi tour meant only to convince the Central Government and the BJP of the need to go for early polls? More importantly, is the proposed June 7 meeting of the AP council of ministers meant to take a decision on early polls?
Those in the know say that YS Jagan feels that early polls can throw the opposition into disarray and help in preventing the popularity graph from falling down further. He also feels that clubbing both the state and the Central elections could cause discomfiture to the YSRCP. Hence, he has reportedly decided to go for early polls along with the neighbouring Telangana state.
The YSRCP top brass feels that the padayatra of Lokesh and the promises made by Chandrababu Naidu in the recent Mahanadu are indications that the TDP is readying up for the elections. Also, there are reliable reports that the TDP had already zeroed in on its candidates for various assembly constituencies and has also sounded them out to prepare the ground.
Given these conditions, the party is seriously mulling going to early polls. This will upset the TDP preparations and stall the Lokesh padayatra midway. It also helps the party to ensure that there is no further rise in the anti-incumbency. Sources say that Jagan's Delhi tour was essentially meant to take the BJP's nod for early polls.
