Unlike the previous polls, the upcoming Presidential polls will be intense as all the opposition parties have come under one roof to extend their support to Mr Sinha. Not just that, they are also giving their best in proving a point that BJP's candidate Draupadi Murmu will be an rubber stamp President.

Not just the opposition parties, even the President candidate of the opposition parties Yashwant Sinha is also stressing the same. As he is on a spree of attending events to gather support, Mr Sinha is not missing any opportunity to target Draupadi Murmu. He even dared her to say that she will not remain a rubber stamp President.

As a shot in the arm for the efforts of the opposition parties, noted Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan joined the forced and alleged that Murmu comes from RSS background and she will be an rubber stamp President.

Not just that, he even posted an edited pic that shows Murmu and Mohan Bhagwat, RSS Chief at an event. Highlighting the RSS background of Murmu, he said that Murmu will be rubber stamp President. Later, the picture was found morphed pic.

Keeping this morphed pic aside. The opposition parties and others who are not happy with the Bharatiya Janata Party had started targeting Murmu on her background.

They all are making sure that they project Murmu as a person who will remain a rubber stamp President if she gets elected. They are using the predictions to gain suport from various corners.

The Presidential polls have become a prestige issue. While the Bharatiya Janata Party wants to make Draupadi Murmu as the President to show its strength, the opposition parties have set their issues and internal fights aside and came together to support Yashwant Sinha, who served as the Finance Minister in the past.

Both parties have their strategies in selecting the candidates. While BJP is trying to get the credit of making a person who hails from the ST community as the first citizen of the country, the opposition parties fielded Sinha, who is known as a strong critic of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
