Scindia Planned Divorce in a Political Wedding

How did the BJP manage to lure Jyotiraditya Scindia? It appears to be a very carefully crafted plan that was kept secret. Though there were indications that Scindia was not happy in the Congress Party, which had ignored him, the timing of his joining the BJP had left everyone shocked and surprised.
BJP insiders say that the scheme was put into motion during wedding of Girish Nadda, who is the son of BJP national president JP Nadda. Top leaders of the BJP like PM Modi, Amit Shah and former MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan met there and Amit Shah had given the green signal to Shivraj Singh Chouhan to bring Jyotiraditya into the party. Jyotiraditya, who attended the function, was given a firm assurance that his interests would be taken care of. Scindia was upset over the party reneging on the proposal to make him the CM of Madhya Pradesh. Not just that, they had denied him PCC post and had even refused him a Rajya Sabha ticket. The BJP decided to hit the iron while it was hot.
