It has been widely reported that the Police officials announced the news to the media confirming that Ramakrishna aka RK is no more and the cause of his death is ill-health. He died in Mad forests in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh.
Having completed his B-tech from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, Ramakrishna was drawn towards the Maoists and became an integral part of the movement. Over the years, he went on to become one of the leading faces of the Maoist movement.
Reports say that he lost his life due to the noble Coronavirus like a few other Maoist leaders. The last rites of the leader were also performed. However, the Maoist leaders are yet to confirm the death of Ramakrishna.
Ramakrishna was instrumental in the bomb blast in Alipiri that was planned to kill Chandrababu Naidu in 2003. He had barely escaped from the encounters a few times. But could not escape from the threat posed by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
