Sextortion racket that target MLAs, MPs and bureaucrats busted

Based on the most reliable information, police busted a Sectortion racket that is targeting MLAs, MPs, Bureaucrats, and Journalists. People involved in the racket were also nabbed.
Going into detail, the Mumbai Crime Branch has busted a sextortion racket that is targeting the legislators and Journalists into paying heavy amounts. Three accused that belong to Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh were arrested on Sunday.
The racket works in a way that they get in touch with MLAs, MPs, and Government officials with fake profiles. After getting close to them, they encourage them to watch porn videos.
After making sure that, these big people are watching porn videos, they record the visuals of them watching porn videos
The fraudsters then edit these videos and blackmail the victims that they will share these videos on social media if they won't pay them a lump some money. They increase the demanding money gradually.
The Crime Branch police found that the people involved in the sextortion racket are using 171 fake Facebook accounts, four Telegram channels, and 54 mobile devices. 58 bank accounts have been seized.
