Former Pakistan National team skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed and young pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi indulged in a war of words in the ongoing Pakistan Super League.

The incident took place during the match between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators after the left-arm pacer bouncer had hit Sarfaraz's helmet. The umpire had declared the bouncer as a no-ball.

The heated argument has reached a level that Lahore team skipper Sohail Akhtar and umpires had to separate the players.

Sarfaraz Ahmed took the run after the ball hit his helmet. While running towards the non-striker's end, Sarfaraz reportedly said something to the pacer and the young players gave it back to the former skipper.

After the video went viral, a section of fans jumped to support Sarfaraz and found fault with the young pacer for reacting aggressively towards the player, who served as the national team skipper.

Quetta Gladiators batting first and in their quota, the team has managed to put up a score of 158 runs by losing five wickets. Lahore Qalandars lost the match by 18 runs as they were all-out for 140 in 18 hours.
